Production Process of Our Lampions
This section shows you the Production process for our paper lampions. Follow us and to feel part of us. All of our customized lampions are made of quality material. The lampions are available in various colors and shape. You can have your own company logo or brand name imprinted on the paper lampions or fabric lampions for promotion.
Custom Printed Paper Or Fabric
We will need to print paper or fabric material according to clients’ artwork for the lampions and cut the paper or cloth into pieces ready to stick onto lampions one by one.
Making Wire For Lampions
Our workers will need to prepare wire as rib for lampions. We will also use bamboo as rib for paper lampions Production.
Lampions Mould
This is a 8” D lampion mould for both paper lampions and fabric lampions. We have lampions mould from 3.5”D to 42”D to meet your different requirement of specifications.
Stick Paper onto Our Lampions
To form a final paper lampions, our worker is to stick the paper or printed paper in pieces one by one after winding the wire or bamboo on the lampions mould.
Packing for Paper Lampions
Our paper lampions or fabric lampions are packed flat. Each paper lampions comes with a wire expander while some are with battery and bulbs too. And they are individually well packed in an OPP bag or other packing method customer required.
